I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews. Room looks exactly like picture and very spacious. CLEAN. The front desk was welcoming accommodating ask what floor I wanted to be on and also welcome me as reward member. It close the plaza restaurants and highway. QUICK check in no problems. A $100 incidentals fee. I checked out and got it back in few hours. To my surprise usually they take next day or sometimes two weeks. This depending on your bank of course. If your bank is fast expect it fast as well. I recommend staying here. Nice clean quiet very family oriented and free parking. I was going extend but I found out I was in the wrong city. If I stop by again definitely will be staying here. Also affordable looking at rates even though I use my points. Cons Elevator kind of laggy but other than that place.

For a "No frills, we're really only going to sleep there" kind of a motel, this is an excellent location. Conveniently located to hit all the major tourist spots, but outside the "premium pricing" circle for them. The staff were courteous, unobtrusive, and friendly. Every interaction I had with a member of staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the advertising photos. my one nitpick is the HVAC unit cycled off and on all night and was a bit loud. it impacted our quality of sleep a bit. The property was also well-kept, and there was plenty of available parking in the attached courtyard. They do offer a light breakfast most mornings, but don't expect a huge buffet. Again, "no frills". Overall, this location punches above it's weight class, and offers excellent value for money.

the place was calm , I would it justifies the price. The room was decent , clean and big enough. for Breakfast they have a few continental option which were decent , I would not expect the egg and bacon or the price I paid in this economy. overall I would say value for money

I don’t understand the 2.8 rating. Everything was fine in our room. I will say wifi and phone service isn’t the best, they do have hot water just warm it up for 5 minutes before getting in the shower. The room was clean. It’s not the Hilton so don’t expect that. But for a cheap short stay hotel it’s nice.

The water warms up quickly so I guess it was fixed recently based on previous reviews. Room was fairly clean and the AC & fridge work good. I love the blue colors. Parking is free and plenty of shade from trees. Front desk guy was very kind and helpful I think a lot of the bad reviews aren’t taking into consideration that this hotel is less than $100 a night. What do you expect?? This place is great for the value.

After reading previous reviews, I was quite anxious about staying here. But upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room and good service. Our room was just as clean as you’d expect a hotel room to be. No insects like previous reviewers have found. It had clearly been renovated recently and it wasn’t bad. The sheets/blankets were clean, no hair or dirt. The shower and bathroom were also clean without hair or dirt. My only complaint would be the water took quite awhile to get warm. But when it got warm, it stayed warm for a very long time. When my partner and I went out to the pool, the front desk manager brought towels to us which was very kind. With the recent renovations, I think this facility has really improved and I was happy with my stay.

I wasn't expecting much based off the rating but for what we paid for this was very unexpected! When I got there to check in the lobby was very clean and smelled very nice. Check in was a breeze.. I was nervous what what to expect in the rooms ans when we opened the door I couldn't believe how clean and nice it was! Even my kids were surprised! Im a germaphobe so when I entered the room I had to check everything and wipe everything down but it was so clean I didn't have much to do. My family had a great stay here and for the price, will definitely be coming back. The only thing was one of the maids was extremely rude to my husband when he asked for toilet paper she ignored him at first and when he tried to get her attention again she said "hold on", then when he said we just needed TP she very coldly said "go ask the other maid".. We were set back by this rudeness a littlw but all the other service maids were very kind.
